New review of A Death in the Rainforest

Don Kulick’s book, A Death in the Rainforest (Algonquin Books), has received many good reviews. On November 19th, the Anthropology magazine SAPIENS published a Sophie Chao’s (U. of Sydney) review article, in which she concludes that “Over the course of the book, the stark cultural differences between Kulick and the Gapuners fall away to ultimately reveal human commonality and connection in an unequal world.”
